Casa Perbellini 12 Apostoli

The new restaurant “I Dodici Apostoli” by chef Perbellini in Verona stands out from the traditional restaurant concept by offering guests a unique experience that immerses them in the world of the chef. Through a journey of carefully curated and welcoming environments, the restaurant conveys a homey atmosphere and invites guests to experience the “Chef Experience.” Patricia Urquiola’s project works on an existing architecture, preserving the spatial characteristics of the interiors but renewing them with warm tones of terracotta and wood. The design choices were inspired by the historic spaces of the restaurant I Dodici Apostoli, where traces of its history are still imprinted on the walls and ceilings.
