Andaz Hotel

Located in the heart of Lisbon’s historic Baixa district, Andaz Lisbon marks the brand’s first hotel in Portugal. Conceived by Patricia Urquiola, the interiors reinterpret the city’s architectural and cultural heritage through a contemporary lens, combining material research, local craftsmanship and bespoke design. The project establishes a dialogue with Lisbon’s identity, reimagining traditional elements such as azulejos and calçada Portuguesa alongside commissioned artworks by local creatives, curated by Federica Sala. Conceived as an immersive environment, the hotel reflects the city’s vibrant cultural scene while offering a sequence of spaces that balance hospitality, art and everyday life.
