Named after the Los Angeles neighbourhood, Silver Lake for Moroso is an architectural memory, inspired by the Californian modernism. Composed of three sofas, two armchairs and a small armchair, the line features a continuous geometric interplay of solids and voids, with volumes creating many-sided polyhedral forms. It retains a scrupulous choice of materials favoured in the 1950’s: the physical and chromatic qualities of wood, steel, fabric or leather are enhanced by a deliberate combination of contrasting surfaces, indirectly, reviving the Utopian vision of that era.
