Butterfly

This outdoor seating system derives its name from the soft and sinuous, distinctive butterfly shape, created by the outer corner formed by its armrest and backrest. The modular structure for B&B Italia is shaped around an ottoman: the base piece, it becomes a central or terminal element, when integrated with the backrest and/or the armrest. The combination of elements, using a simple joint system, allows to set up various configurations. Completely upholstered, this first textile sofa in B&B Italia Outdoor collection is designed for outdoor use, with the same quality and comfort that characterizes indoor seating. The system also includes a family of complements: their outline perfectly follows the lines of the sofa. They include round, square and rectangular low tables and a small table, and feature a large weave pattern, that wraps around the grey painted aluminium frame.
