A modular ground sofa with soft, welcoming curves, Bowy allows for a wide range of combinations. Individual modules, with various types of backrests and seats, stand as sculptural pieces. Circular, semi-circular and rectangular shapes dynamically alternate to create a play of volumes and a graphic silhouette. Bowy features a rounded armrest that meets the backrest. Abundant details include the padded stitching, outlining the shape of the elements. Down to the corners of the backrest, Cassina’s consolidated experience with fabrics masterfully takes on this tailoring challenge. Poufs and coffee tables complete the collection. The tables, sharing the sofa’s rounded features, come in a glossy, 70s-inspired lacquer or a textured wooden top. They can overlap and intersect, breaking away from the usual seating schemes.
