Stand Cimento Salone del Mobile 2022

On the occasion of Cimento’s debut at the Salone del Mobile Milan 2022, Patricia Urquiola designs the company’s stand with an architectural approach, based on rigorous volumes and contemporary geometries.

A four-handed story that aims to make a dialogue between the domestic dimension proposed by Cimento’s collection with Urquiola’s desire to enhance the products, within an environment that recalls the atmosphere of an art gallery.

Urquiola’s intent is in fact to intrigue the visitor and invite him to gradually discover the internal space, whose language is only hinted externally. Inside, the furnishings, offered in different color variations, contrast with extremely refined walls, covered with the same concrete sprayed on the facade, with a pleasantly rarefied grain.
