Cassina Showroom Durini Salone 2016

Milan’s 2016 Salone del Mobile, Origins of the future: Cassina’s Via Durini showroom takes inspiration from an art gallery, in a pure, neutral installation, reflecting on the company’s future. Back-lighted panels feature pastel shades, with an impression of movement. A futuristic print is the backdrop for the showroom’s window display. The 2,000 square-metre space unveils a new contemporary retail project, generating a dialogue between products through warm and welcoming living environments. The entrance, featuring a Venetian terrazzo pathway, leads to the staircase, going up to the cupola, now illuminating the space with natural light. Convivial and dynamic, the new showroom reflects the needs of a world where working environments undergo radical changes.
